Refund Policy

1. Digital products

Repostify and AlphaGen Codes sell digital products (macros, software tools, utilities). Because digital goods are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned", all sales are final and no refunds will be issuedonce the product has been delivered or the activation key has been generated.

2. Why no refunds?

• Digital products are accessible and copy-able immediately on purchase.
• There's no way for us to revoke access once a download or activation key has been sent.
• Industry standard for digital goods — same policy as Steam non-played-time, Adobe, JetBrains, etc. once activated.

3. Try before you buy

We provide free demos, screenshots, video previews, and active community support on our Discord so you can evaluate any product before purchasing. We strongly encourage you to:

• Watch the demo video for the product you're buying
• Ask in our Discord if you have compatibility questions
• Confirm system requirements before checkout

4. Exceptions (very rare)

Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in the following narrow cases:

• Double-charge — your card was charged twice for the same product due to a payment processor error.
• Product never delivered — you completed checkout but never received the activation key or download link (and we're unable to deliver after 7 days).
• Critical product defect — the product is fundamentally broken (e.g., crashes on launch on all supported systems) AND we cannot fix it within 14 days of report.

In these cases, contact us within 7 days of purchase via our contact page with your order ID. We'll investigate and respond within 5 business days.

5. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or dispute with your bank/card issuer instead of contacting us first will result in:

• Immediate revocation of the product license
• Permanent ban from purchasing future products
• Removal from our Discord server

6. Repostify (the web app) is free

Repostify itself — the cross-posting tool you're looking at — is free to use. No refund policy applies because there's nothing to refund. Some third-party platforms it connects to (e.g., Twitter/X API at $0.20/post) charge fees directly to you; those are billed by the platform, not by us, and any refund must be sought from that platform.
