Affiliate Program Terms

These terms govern your participation in the Repostify affiliate program. By joining, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't join.

1. Eligibility

Any Repostify account holder can join by providing a valid PayPal email and country, and accepting these terms. One affiliate account per person.

2. Commission

• You earn 25% recurring commission on the subscription payments of customers you refer.
• Commission is paid for up to 12 months per referred customer, starting from their first payment.
• Commission is calculated on the actual amount the customer pays (excluding taxes/fees and refunded amounts).
• Referrals are tracked via a 90-day cookie. If a customer clicks your link and subscribes within 90 days, you're credited.
• Self-referrals are not allowed — you can't earn commission on your own subscription.

3. Payouts

• Payouts are sent via PayPal to the email on your affiliate profile.
• Your unpaid balance becomes payable once it reaches the $50 minimum.
• Eligible balances are paid out on the 1st of each month.
• You are responsible for any taxes on your commission earnings.

4. Prohibited conduct

• No spam, misleading claims, or trademark bidding (e.g. paid ads on "Repostify").
• No self-referrals, cookie stuffing, or fraudulent traffic.
• No false or deceptive advertising about Repostify's features or pricing.

Violations may result in withheld commissions and termination from the program.

5. Changes & termination

We may update these terms, adjust commission rates, or end the program with notice. We may suspend or remove any affiliate at our discretion for violations. Commissions already validly earned and above the payout minimum will still be paid.
